What is Town AI?
Town is a workplace AI assistant whose Townies learn how a person or team works and execute tasks across email, calendar, meetings, documents, routines, messaging, and connected business tools.
Why is this important?
Town shows the value of packaged personal routines and connected workplace context. Frontline Max adds the native customer system that Town connects to externally, so records, conversations, Workflows, Apps, Artifacts, and AI employees can share structured memory.
How it works
A Townie builds a working wiki from user context, connects to supported services, receives requests through Town and messaging surfaces, and performs tasks subject to review and integration permissions.
Technical example
A Townie can search email, prepare a meeting, update a connected CRM, or respond through its WhatsApp thread. Frontline Max performs personal work inside the CRM itself and continues it through customer-facing operations.
Implementation notes
Distinguish messaging with the assistant from operating a business WhatsApp channel. Town's WhatsApp integration lets the user message a Townie, while Frontline also supports governed customer conversations and human escalation through CRM context.
